DIABETES ( Madhumeh)



kya aap Diabetes (Madhumey) se paresan hai to aap apni es paresani ko puri tarah bhul jaiye kyuki mai batane ja rahi hu aap ko kuchh aise upay jise apna kar aap puri tarah se swasthy ho jaynge .vastav me jise ham bahut badhi bimari man kar baithe hai ye koi bimari hai hi nahi hamare sarir me jab sugar ka leval kam ya jyada hone lagta hai to ese ham sugar ki bimari ka nam de dete hai. karan hota hai sarir me insulen ka theek prakar se na banna.

           Ham apne jivan saili mai kuchh badlab lakar ese theek kar sakte hai aur fir Hame roj roj daba khae ki bhi koi jarurat nahi hogi.sabse pahile subah uth kar ghumna tahlna vyayam yog aadi karna chahiye niyamat ghumne vyayam yog aadi karne se aap ke sarir me jo susti aa gai hai wah dheere dheere door ho jaygi aur aap punha apne aap ko halka mahsus karoge.

           Diabetes me khane peene ka bahut prabhav padhta hai esliy es par dyan dene ki vises jarurat hai par ese man me bahut bhari roop se na le nahi to aap ka man bar bar vahi khane ko karega jo aap ko nahi khana hai.

           Agar aap ko khane me daliya pasand hai to aap gehu ke daliya ki jagah par jau ka daliya khay kyo ki jao me starch ki matra suny ke barabr hoti hai ese aap bhar pet kha sakte hai aur ye bilkul bhi nuksan nahi karta hai aur roti bhi gehu ki jagah jao, chana aur gehu teeno ko aap barabr matra me lekar pisaiye aur fir esse bane aata ki rotiya khaiye.

         peene ki agar ham bat kare to hame cold drink,falo ke joos ko nahi peena hai. dudh dahi mattha ko bina sakkar ke lijiye. Dudh bina milai bala hona chahiye Ek cup garam Dhudh me subah sam ek chhoti hammach haldi dalkar peene se faida hota hai. sabjiyo se bane joos ko ham pi sakte hai. sabjiyu me aalu ko chhodh kar sabhi sabjiya kha sakte hai. karele ko khane me jarur samil kare. adrak ko chheel kar uske chhote chhote pees kar lijiye aur thode thode der me ek tukda apne muh me rakhkar uska ras chuste rahiye.

       sakkar ya gudh se bani koi bhi cheej nahi khani hai . 
                 chaval nahi khana hai aur agar kabhi  khana hi ho to use bhagone me jyada pani rakhkar pakay aur pakne ke bad uska atirikt pani yani ki madh (starch) nikal dijiye. es aap kha sakte hai.

     Chirayto ki lakri ko lekar uske chhote chhote tukde kar lijiye aur teen char tukde lekar rat ko ek gilas pani me dal dijiye aur subhay uthkar es pani ko pi lijiye pani ka swad kadva ho jayga.

           Methi dana ek chammach lekar rat ko ek cup pani me dalna hai aur subah uska pani pina hai aur agar methi rat ko pani me nahi dal pay hai o aise hi aadha chammach methi apne muh me dal lijiye aur uska ras chooste rahiye agar aap use chava sake to dheere dheere use chavaiye aur bad me pani pi lijiye.

       Neem ke pedh ki jo kopal pattiya hoti hai wah aap subah subhay 15 se 20 pattiya khaiye 
 sada bhar paudhe ki teen char pattiya lekar use muh me dalkar unka ras chusna hai.

      khana ko ek sath na kha kar thoda thoda din me teen char bar khaiye khane me salad ko jarur samil kare, chana niyamit rup se jarur khay, aadha cup ankurit mung ko salad ke sath mix karke khay.

       falo me aam aur angur ko chhodh kar sabhi fal kha sakte hai. kachcha kela khane se fayda karta hai.

       jamun aap man bhar ke kha sakte ho ye eske liye bahut fayde mannd hai agar jamun na mil sake to uski guthliyu ka churan kharid le aur din me teen char bar ek chhoti chammach khay.

    meva me kismi ko nahi khana hai .

  jitne bhi upay maine yaha likhe hai agar enme se aadhe se aadghe bhi -aap ne apne din chariya me samil kar liya to yakin maniye ek saptah mi eska fayda samajh me aayga aur mahine bhar ke andar aap ko sugar ki dava khane ki jarurat nahi hogi aap bina dava ke bhi ek swasth aur khushal jivan ko ji sakenge

BACHPAN




Bachpan ki yade kitni pyari hoti hai. kyuki Bachpan tanav mukt hota hai. Bachpan me bachche apne man ke Raja hote hai, unhe kisi se dar bhay nahi hota . be kisi ki parvah nahi karte aur apna jivan Mast tarike se jeete hai.  kabhi kabhi to Bachpan ki yado me kho kar aakho se Aansu aa jate hai.

             Bachpan ek aisi umar hoti hai, jab vager kisi tanav ke Masti se Jindagi ka Aanand liya jata hai. Bachpan me koi gam nahi hota, koi Dukh nahi hota aur na hi kisi bat ka tanav hota hai. Bachpan me kisi bhi bat ka Dabab nahi hota.

              Bachpan me bachcho ke chahre par hamesa muskurahat hoti hai be vekhop hote hai. Bachpan bachche ruthte hai ,muskurate hai.kisi bat ko lekar apni jidd par aadh jate hai.

              Bachpan me bachcho ko manane ka silsila chalta rahta hai. kabhi kabhi to bachche aisi jidd par aadh jate hai jisko pura karna asambhav hota hai par unhe bahla fusla kar mana liya jata hai. kabhi kabhi to bachche chand ko hi mangne lag jate hai. kyuki bachche nadan hote hai ve nahi jante ki kya sambhav hai aur kya aasambhav.

                 kabhi kabhi to hame bhi apne bachcho ke sath bachcha banna padhta hai. unke chahre par muskurahat lane ke liye. Bachcho ko hasana unhe manana bhi ek kla hoti hai jo har kisi ko nahi aati. kabhi kabhi to log bachcho ki banto par Gussa hone lagte hai. be apni sahan silta ko hbula dete hai.par ye galat hai logo ko aisa nahi karna chahiye kyuki bachche to nadan hote hai. hame unke sath nadan nahi banna chahiye.

               Bas Ek Maa hi hai jo apne bachcho ko samajh sakti hai kyuki Maa ka rista bachche ke janam ke pahile se hota hai.wo apne bachche ko no mahine pet me palti hai. aur uske chahre par kabhi bhi udasi nahi aane deti.
